Saivis Group is located in the North Su Economic Development Zone of Zoucheng City, Shandong, the birthplace of Mencius. It is a high-tech enterprise group integrating scientific research, design, production, and construction. The company has a 50,000 square meter production plant, featuring 4 light steel production lines, 1 heavy steel production line, and 2 space truss production lines. With over 200 employees, including more than 50 technical professionals, the company has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of steel components.

aivis Construction holds a general contracting qualification for construction engineering, a professional contracting qualification for steel structure engineering at level three, a professional contracting qualification for fire protection facilities engineering at level two, a qualification for building decoration and decoration at level two, a qualification for building curtain wall engineering at level two, and a labor service qualification without grade limitation. The company has obtained quality certifications including ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification, and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification within the industry.

Saivis Construction mainly designs, manufactures, and constructs various types of industrial and commercial buildings, including industrial plants, office buildings, sports venues, logistics centers, coal storage sheds, and decorative curtain walls. To date, Saivis Construction has completed nearly 400 projects in China, with a total construction area exceeding 6 million square meters.
